This is the original Banana Peel Rivet and it is a real time saver for many case repair jobs. Unlike standard pop rivets, these 'blind' rivets do not require a backup washer and thus eliminate having to tear apart the inside case lining and foam. And unlike most split rivets that have only two legs, our Banana Peel Rivets have four legs that peel back to provide a far superior hold. Rust free aluminum body with steel mandrel.
