Shipping price includes insurance coverage for loss or damaged shipments.
International Orders outside the United States*
Shipping prices do not include applicable import duty, tax, or broker fees.
*Insurance for loss or damage is included for most all orders. Delivery to some countries we are unable to insure package and will contact you before processing order. Insurance claims for lost package via US Postal Service 1st Class Mail International must wait 45 days before claim can be filed.

If for any reason you are not fully satisfied with any of our products (see exception below for Tesch Products*) you may return it for a full refund of the purchase amount, provided item is returned, freight prepaid, within 30 days of shipment date and is in good, original condition. Refund amount will be for the price paid for the item only and not include any freight or handling charge. Please contact us to obtain return instructions.
*Tesch Products Non-Cancelable / Non-Returnable Policy - standard policy in the chemical industry requires that products that ship from the manufacturer cannot be returned and resold. Therefore, once an order for any Tesch product has been placed, and has dispatched from the manufacturer's facility, the order cannot be canceled, nor returned for exchange or refund. If you have any questions or would like additional information please contact us before placing your order.
All tools (excluding lamps and discontinued #2685 Fiber-optic Inspection Scope) are warranted to be free from manufacturing defects for a period of one year. If a product is found to be defective within the warranty period due to manufacturing defects, it will be repaired or replaced, at our discretion, free of charge, by Votaw Tool Company, provided the product is returned to us freight prepaid.
