Our Votaw Mandrel Vise offers many of the rugged qualities of our Mighty Mite II Mandrel Vise with the additional feature of quick side mounting of the mandrel or rod.
FEATURES INCLUDE:
- Holding capacity for wide range of mandrel sizes, from 3/16" (5mm) diameter to over 2" (52mm).
- 'Side Mount' design allows mandrel insertion and removal from the side rather than bringing end of mandrel through front of vise. A handy feature when using mandrels in a 'choked up' position.
- Precision machined from solid aluminum billet provides secure, rigid support.
- Non-marring aluminum 'V' block and solid brass plug will not scratch or mar mandrel finish. Optional Upper 'V' Block Soft Jaw available for clamping tubing.
- Vise bottom has four holes thread size 1/4-20 (approx. depth 1/2" \ 13mm) for attachment to workbench using 1/4-20 bolts (not included).
