Our new #2129 model hammer works well on small and medium bore instruments: trumpets, french horn, etc. While both faces of the head have the same 3/4" (19mm) radius profile as the #2125 model hammer, we have 'sliced' of the sides of the faces to bring the face width down to 0.5" (13mm to allow access in tight areas..

The hammer head is precision machined from non-corrosive, rust free, 303 stainless steel and polished to a fine finish. The hammer shaft is machined from 6066 T6 aluminum and fitted with a nicely tapered, cross patterned handle machined from Delrin®. For technicians who prefer to use a magnet to locate dent balls we have inset a strong, rare earth magnet into the handle's bottom end. Head, shaft, and handle are properly sized and weighted for good balance. Hammer overall length: 12" (30.5cm) / weight: 4 oz. (113 gr).
