Our #2775 Standard Soldering Fixture offers an affordable alternative to our #2200 Professional Soldering Fixture.
Arms are machined from hefty 1/2" (12.7mm) aluminum rod which provides plenty of support and eliminates the unwanted spring-like action found with thinner steel arms.
Each arm is designed with 4 pivot points, allowing for maximum positioning flexibility. Overall arm extension is a generous 11" (28cm), giving extra flexibility for
clamping setup as well as for holding parts like saxophone key guard feet while soldering directly onto the instrument body.
The fixture's clamps are identical to the clamps used on our #2200 Professional Soldering Fixture. This unique design provides for quick, solid setup and clamping.
The #2775 Standard Soldering Fixture includes two arms with clamps and a 10" (26cm) square base. Arms easily attach to any of the base's five mounting holes providing additional versatility in job setup. Precision machined and constructed using all non-corrosive materials.
It has been our experience that two arms are sufficient for the majority of solder jobs. Additional arms are available however for when a third arm is needed. Order #2776 Soldering Fixture Arm.
